AREAS AFFECTED: Westmoreland; Richmond; Northumberland; Lancaster; Middlesex; Eastern King and Queen; Western Essex; Eastern Essex
DESCRIPTION: * WHAT...For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 6 below expected. For the Wind Advisory, northwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts to around 50 mph expected. * WHERE...Eastern Essex, Eastern King and Queen, Richmond, Western Essex, Westmoreland, Lancaster, Middlesex, and Northumberland Counties. * WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 6 AM Saturday to 10 AM EST Sunday. For the Wind Advisory, from 8 AM to 9 PM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The cold wind chills as low as 5 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
INSTRUCTION: Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution. Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.

Cirrocumulus clouds form at high altitudes (usually around 5 km)
and have distinguishing characteristics displayed in a fine layer of
small cloud patches. These small cloud patches are sometimes referred to as
"cloudlets" in relation to the whole cloud formation.
Cirrocumulus clouds are formed from ice crystals and water droplets. Often, the
water droplets in the cloud freeze into ice crystals and the cloud becomes a
cirrostratus cloud. Because of this common occurrence, cirrocumulus cloud
formations generally pass rapidly.
